When is my order shipping?
Since most of our products are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. As soon as it is shipped you will receive tracking details by email.
How can I return or exchange my item?
Please reach out to us moc.strihshurb@olleh with your order number within 15 days of receiving your items, and we would be happy to assist with a return or exchange.
The item I received is damaged or not what I ordered
Please reach out to us at moc.strihshurb@olleh with your order number and a photo of the incorrect or damaged item and we will send you the correct item right away.
What material are the shirts made out of?
Please refer to the individual product pages for information on the materials. Most of our t-shirts are 100% combed ring-spun cotton and unisex sized. Most of our sweaters are 80% cotton and 20% polyester.
My order shows delivered, however I have not received it
Please confirm the shipping address you entered at checkout is correct and not missing a unit or apartment number. If it is correct, reach out to us at moc.strihshurb@olleh with your full mailing address and order number and we will investigate further.
